1. Booking & Payment Terms
● A completed contract along with the required deposit is necessary to officially reserve your event date.
● Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new event date when notified ahead of time.
● The remaining balance must be settled no later than the date of the event.
● We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cash, and personal or business checks.

2. Modifications & Cancellation Policy
● All change requests must be submitted in writing no fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
● In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid will not be returned.

3. Safety & Liability
● Active Garden maintains $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance coverage.
● It is the client's obligation to ensure the event venue complies with all applicable safety codes and legal requirements.
● All equipment undergoes regular maintenance and inspection; nevertheless, Active Garden assumes no liability for incidents arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

4. Participant Age & Gaming Rules
● Every casino activity is purely for entertainment, using fun chips only; no real-money wagering is offered at any time.
● Individuals of any age are welcome to join unless restricted by applicable state or local legislation.

5. Space Requirements & Venue Preparation
● Clients are required to provide sufficient floor space to accommodate casino tables, all equipment, and event staff.
● Suggested guest capacity per table:
- ○ Blackjack/Poker tables: 6–10 guests per table
- ○ Roulette tables: approximately 8 guests
- ○ Craps tables: 8–20 guests depending on the table configuration
● Chairs can be arranged upon request, though most venues typically furnish their own seating.

6. Event Crew & Personnel
● Every dealer, event host, and staff member is a fully trained Active Garden professional.
● Tips are entirely voluntary, though they are always warmly received and greatly appreciated.

7. Photos & Video Recordings
● Active Garden reserves the right to capture photos and video footage at events for use in promotional and advertising materials.
● Clients wishing to restrict any photography or filming must notify us prior to the start of the event.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
● All content displayed on the Active Garden website is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Active Garden.
● Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or distribution of any site content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Jurisdiction
● This Service Agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
